  • Homeowner data: Name, phone number, email address, and property address submitted through the chatbot.
  • Roofing data: Roof measurements, material preferences, and estimate information generated during chatbot sessions.
  • Contractor account data: Company name, email, branding settings, and payment information for contractors who subscribe to RoofD.ai.
  • Usage data: Interaction logs and analytics to improve our service.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To deliver lead information to the roofing contractor whose chatbot you interacted with.
  • To send email notifications to contractors about new leads.
  • To process subscription payments via Stripe.
  • To improve our AI models and chatbot experience.
  • To send transactional emails via Resend.

4. Who We Share Data With

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • The roofing contractor whose chatbot you used — they receive your contact and estimate information as a lead.
  • Supabase — our database and authentication provider.
  • Anthropic — our AI provider (Claude) for processing chatbot questions.
  • Stripe — for payment processing.
  • Resend — for transactional email delivery.
  • Google Maps — for satellite imagery and address lookup.

5. Data Retention

Lead data is retained as long as the associated contractor account is active. Contractors may delete individual leads from their dashboard at any time. If a contractor cancels their account, their data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use minimal cookies necessary for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing tennesseetopdigital@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, Supabase Row Level Security (RLS), and Stripe's PCI-compliant payment infrastructure to protect your data.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of RoofD.ai after changes constitutes acceptance.
