1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using RoofD.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users including roofing contractors and homeowners interacting with embedded chatbots.

2. Description of Service

RoofD.ai provides an AI-powered chatbot platform for roofing contractors. Contractors can embed the chatbot on their websites to capture leads, provide estimates, and answer homeowner questions. Estimates generated by RoofD.ai are approximations only and are not binding quotes.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

  • RoofD.ai is offered on a monthly subscription basis at the rates listed on our pricing page.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

4. Contractor Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your company information, pricing, and product details entered into the bot settings.
  • You agree not to use RoofD.ai to mislead homeowners or engage in deceptive practices.
  • You are responsible for following up on leads captured through your chatbot in compliance with applicable laws including TCPA.
  • You must keep your account credentials secure and are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. AI-Generated Content

RoofD.ai uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate chatbot responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. Roof estimates are approximate and based on limited information — always conduct an on-site inspection for accurate pricing. RoofD.ai is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated estimates or answers.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use RoofD.ai to:

  • Collect or process data in violation of applicable privacy laws.
  • Spam, harass, or deceive homeowners.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the RoofD.ai platform.
  • Circumvent subscription requirements or attempt unauthorized access.

7. Intellectual Property

All RoofD.ai software, branding, and content is owned by Tennessee Top Digital. You retain ownership of your company data and leads. By using RoofD.ai, you grant us a limited license to process your data to deliver the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

RoofD.ai is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including lost leads, business interruption, or inaccurate estimates. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tennessee County, Tennessee.
